Week 007 – Day 040

It’s HOT!!! Even in the morning when we walk. By the end of the walk, I can barely stand, and I am completely parched. Plus… something is happening to the rear of my right leg… where that sire originally opened a month ago.  I cannot even touch that area without having extreme pain…. and it aches as I type this. I will contact the Dr. tomorrow.
Daniel has reported to me that he has been doing a stair climber at the gym sometime after we have done our walks. He is amazed at how he is feeling, and the range of movement he suddenly has again. He says he feels like he can conquer anything now! That is awesome!
