Week 006 – Day 032

Not hungry today. We even went and traded Melanie’s car in for a new one. Food smells everywhere. That stated, I still want the food and fantasize now of being able to eat again. This time, however, I will keep myself under control with planned portions, and calorie counting. I am excited to be human again. I may run again yet! Funny thing, we came home from Church yesterday… which was Father’s Day…. and people were barbecuing next door. That smell was amazing, and truly hung in my yard…lol. I did not falter. I really believe I am being helped here… not only by my amazing wife, family and friends, but also Him who led me into that weight management office to begin with. I stand amazed. I asked for solution… He answered, literally leading me into that office. I pray for strength, and I am provided with it. I feel quite blessed. I know there is much work to do, and I know I will be able to do all in Him. I suppose “amazed” isn’t the right word. GRATEFUL is!
